Description

Join an architecture firm in China that gives top priority to bring world class architectural products to the China market. You will be:

a. Responsible for the construction project designing
b. To lead the team to undertake large projects of the construction designing work and arrange designing teams to design the project
c. Responsible for the reporting the designing plan and coordinating the Party A's needs
d. Familiar with the national standards and professional standards and can accurately understand and grasp the project and customer requirement

The types of MIG works cover hotel, commercial building, office town, residential buildings and villa etc. In addition to architecture, specialties also include interior design, master planning, urban planning and landscaping and so on. The firm in China presently accommodates 20 people and continues to grow steadily in size and workload. It opened the China market successfully in recent years. We have been involved in project planning, architectural design and interior design for many large and medium size projects.

Qualifications

a. Bachelor degree or above, majored in architecture or relate field, European and American designer is preferred.
b. More than 5 years work experiences in large construction projects;
c. Familiar with the designing philosophy of various types of building projects;
d. Strong passion for architecture, quick mind of thinking and strong ability in project designing and accomplish design task in a timely and high quality manner;
e. Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit, strong communication and coordination skills;
f. Proficient in design application software (AutoCADPhotoshopSketch Up and so on)
