Newly built Luxury Boutique Lodge offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation set in two acres of grounds on the slopes of Mount Ngongotaha in the beautiful city of Rotorua.

We offer luxury accommodation at affordable prices. With just 3 guest rooms we can offer privacy and peace and quiet and all prices include continental and cooked breakfasts daily. Breakfasts consist of: fresh fruit, home-made yoghurts, selection of cereals, fruit juice, toast/fresh bread rolls with a selection of home-made jams and peanut butter, and of course tea or coffee. Then your choice of cooked breakfast: bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, fried potato and mushrooms. Most guests do not need to stop for lunch which means you can make the most of your time sightseeing.

We have spectacular views of the countryside and city itself but are only 8 minutes from the city centre.

We have been in the accommodation industry in Rotorua since 2004 and welcome the chance to help you plan the most from your trip. Location

If you are coming into town from Auckland/Hamilton on SH5 along Fairy Springs Road you need to turn right into Clayton Road when you get to the large traffic light junction (Fairy Springs/Lake Road junction). Approx 3 kms along Clayton road you need to turn right into Mountain Road, then approx 1 km along you will see our sign for City Lights on your left.

We are situated approximately 8 minutes by car (6km) from the city centre yet are on the outskirts of town on the slopes of Mount Ngongotaha. Our location affords us the most beautiful views of Rotorua and the surrounding countryside and we are so close to the mountain bush that we hear birdsong and very little else. Our peace and quiet is appreciated by our guests who are glad to be away from the bustle of town and the sulphur smells, yet close enough to it for attractions and restaurants for easy access.
