Founded in 1999, the Institute has set itself apart with distinctive academic programs that allow you the to immerse yourself in Italian culture and learn both in and beyond the classroom. Semester in Perugia has 4 study options: the General Studies Program, the Independent Research Program, the Italian Language and Culture Program, and direct enrollment at the University of Perugia. If that's not enough for you, there is also an Honors Program!

* World-famous chocolate and gelato - Perugia has become famous for chocolate and hosts a chocolate festival every October. In addition, the Perugians have mastered gelato (Italian ice cream).
