Are you a fine arts major looking for a unique and rewarding experience abroad? Are you a biochemistry major who really wants to study art and art history as electives? We have the perfect program for you! Semester Fine Arts in Aix en Provence offers French-language study, hands-on studio work, and course in art history, theory, and criticism for students at all levels. Start getting excited about:
* Life in southern France - It's said that the south of France is the most beautiful part of the country, and it's no wonder. With a mild Mediterranean climate, striking scenery, historic sites, and some of the best restaurants in France, it's easy to fall in love with the area.
* Well-rounded fine arts studies - We recognize that the study of art has many facets, including critical, historical, and practical. We aim to provide you with all of that, plus some French-language classes too.
* An engaging, easy-to-navigate French city - Aix en Provence is a great place to live and study! The city is small enough that you can walk through the downtown area in about 15 minutes, but big enough to offer plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore.
