Herberton Apartments currently have student places available in one-bedroom apartments, 2-bed/2-bath apartments and 3-bed/2-bath apartments. Herberton can house over 150 students. To help new students get to know each other Chubbproperties try to place students attending the same course or college together in the same apartment.

Security is a prime consideration at Chubb Properties. We have a full time office and a concierge on duty at the entrance desk throughout the evening and night. We do this to ensure the highest level of safety.

These luxury apartments are in excellent condition. They have wooden floors throughout, balconies and leather suites. Each apartment is fully equipped with TV, cable, Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, cooker and hob.

Sports & Social: We organize social outings and get-togethers to insure that student get to know each other and mix well. Students can join the Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool, gym and wet area.

Herberton is ideally situated close to all city centre colleges including DIT - Bolton Street, Cathal Brugha Street, Mountjoy Square, Aungier Street, Kevin Street and Rathmines Trinity College, RCSI - Royal College of Surgeons, Portobello, Griffith College by LUAS line or within a 20 minute walk.

Herberton is centrally located on St. James Walk alongside the LUAS tram line which in fact stops directly opposite the apartment block. This line runs to Connolly train station and therefore allows easy access to all colleges – North and Southside Dublin city centre. Students may also choose to walk to city centre colleges as Herberton is an 18 minute walk to St. Stephens Green in Dublin's City Centre or take the nearby 17 (bus route to UCD) and also the 19 bus routes.
