CLIC, Centro de Lenguas e Intercambio Cultural, founded in 1983 by Bernhard Roters, is a school with an international character specializing in the teaching of Spanish to foreign students. The young team of highly qualified teachers, who specialize in the assessment and development of language courses, are ready to transform your stay in Seville into an unforgettable experience.
Our school occupies a privileged position just a stone's throw away from the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Royal Palaces. The setting is a typical Sevillian style building with Roman columns surrounding the central patio and large sunny terraces in the heart of the city. The building has been designed especially for teaching purposes with 25 classrooms, a lending library, a study room, a conference room, a bookshop specializing in languages with a bibliography of approximately 1000 books, an internet room and air conditioning throughout.
Our second school, just 1 minute walk away, is where our Teacher Training Department is housed as well as any special group programmes.
Spanish Courses all year round. Starting dates every Monday. Complete cultural program, and combined courses in Lajanda (vejer de la frontera) at Costa de la Luz

CLIC IH opened its doors in 1983 under the name Centro de Lenguas e Intercambio Cultural (Center for Languages and Cultural Exchange). By cultural exchange we mean the sharing of cultural differences at myriad levels: social, political, and ethic, to name a few. Inter is a key prefix to understanding this concept in Spanish, as it means between, among, and within, at once. Cultural exchange at CLIC IH then is experiencing first-hand the positive friction of cultural difference, one that both defines us in relief to others, and makes us aware of our commonalities as human beings. This is one of our goals as a center for cultural encounters. Our name and our very building speak to the heart of what we want to achieve. The historical mansion refurbished to house CLIC-IH was redesigned to include a central interior patio full of sunlight, terraces, and windows. These offer views onto floors of the school at almost all angles. We actively look toward transparency in business operations, the highest ceiling for standards and innovation in academic programs, and finally, to fomenting truly open cultural exchange through language learning. This goal is also visible in our staff. We are from multiple continents and can address the 25+ nationalities that are present at any time in the school in various languages. We believe that through cultural exchange, facilitated in language education, we come to know one another, and by knowing one another, we can construct positive social change.
