You want to learn about European matters in an international setting? Gain a specific insight into the implementation of European right standards in the new EU Member States? Get to know and discuss with interesting people from all over the world? Visit a new country? Apply for our summer university in Bulgaria, Silistra and Romania, Slobozia. The one-week-course is aimed at graduate students and young professionals. For particularly qualified candidates we do also consider the application of students in their second or third year of university studies. The summer university "L' Europe en tant que communaute de droit: l'après-adhesion de la Roumanie et de la Bulgarie" is organised by the Centre international de formation europeenne, Nice in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Sofia and the municipality of Silistra. Working language is French. The course is credited 4,5 ECTS.

The Centre International de Formation Europeenne (CIFE) is a private, non-profit making international organisation. It was founded in 1954 with the aim to train professionals and citizens in the subject of a united Europe. CIFE offers postgraduate university courses, summer university programmes and an online Master programme in EU Studies. It organises seminars and conferences and publishes a quarterly review and various publications. Every year, CIFE offers summer university courses in different Eastern European countries and in Turkey. Topics cover different European matters.
