Description

Students are given the opportunity to experience a comprehensive business education while embracing all that Grenoble has to offer during CEA's semester abroad in the French Alps. The Business Studies program is designed for students interested in furthering their study of universal business concepts. All courses are taught in English, and students will take coursework focused on general company and corporate operations. Courses include Corporate Finance, Market Research, Introduction to Negotiation, and Consumer Behavior, among others.

Highlights

Often referred to as the intellectual and economic capital of the Alps, Grenoble is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Over the years, the city has developed into a major scientific center in the fields of physics, computer science and applied mathematics. More than 100 multinational corporations have made Grenoble the base of their European operations. Students can take language classes at the Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Francaises (CUEF), considered one of the best French Language teaching centers in France or study business at the renowned Grenoble Ecole de Management. Experience all that Grenoble has to offer through organized CEA activities, or use your spare time to explore the miles of hiking trails, lakes and ski slopes that make the Alps famous. In the winter, you can race down Olympic slopes or snowboard the Alpine trails. During the rest of the year, enjoy windsurfing, kayaking or hang gliding. Four national parks, as well as endless student sports and clubs, make this an ideal environment for students who love the outdoors.
