Castle Zaman seeking employees "Castle Zaman" is a beautiful castle perched above a private beach on the Sinai coast of Egypt. The castle is one of the most successful day-use venues in the stunning Gulf of Aqaba. Zaman hosts a unique slow-food restaurant, bar, mini spa and pool. All staff members are committed to the success of the business and are flexible team players. The castle is located in a secluded area.

It is important that the candidate possesses a compatible character that enjoys nature and the outdoors, far away from big cities.

We have openings for a barmaid/waitress.

As a barmaid, your role will include all aspects of bar work: beverage preparation and serving drinks, serving food, bar opening and closing, supervising cleaning, cash handling, ordering, stocking control, inventory, accounts...etc.

A fluent command of both written and spoken English is a must. Basic Arabic and/or french is always a plus.

Qualifications

Castle Zaman is looking for an experienced Assistant bar manager:

* 2 years experience behind the bar
* Hard working
* Serious employment (no a holiday job)
* Minimum one year contract
* Happy to live in a remote area
* Excellent command of both oral and written English, French and/or Arabic would be a great asset
