The Cassandra 2 Beach Apartments are located on Barbados' west coast, just around the corner from the popular Mullins Beach, where lovers of water sports and other beach activities can scuba dive, snorkel, windsurf and much more. The apartments are also a few minutes away from Speightstown, a historic city of Barbados.
There are two (2) spacious self-contained apartments to choose from. Both are elegantly furnished and well decorated. You will feel at home in their welcoming atmosphere, while their balconies overlooking the beach make them the ultimate tropical getaway.
Each apartment is designed with a Barbadian flair and is fully equipped with a balcony and deck, kitchenette, private bathroom, room safe, telephone and ceiling fans (videos recorders may be requested). Optionally, a wireless Internet service may be provided at your request for a small fee. For your convenience, we also provide an inclusive maid service twice weekly.
We can also cater to your car rentals needs, as we've partnered with professional car rental agencies who offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs.
Getting to Barbados
Plane
The Sir Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is located in Christ Church, Barbados and serves as a gateway to many Caribbean islands and places further away in North America and Europe. Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) has a second hub here (after Antigua) with flights throughout the Caribbean between Barbados and the Dominican Republic. The island is served well by many airlines from Canada and the United States and especially from the United Kingdom with at least 5 or 6 airlines flying there directly from London, Manchester and Birmingham. Direct flights include those from Frankfurt and Milan as well.
By Boat
There has been talk about new high speed ferries from Barbados to islands like Saint Lucia, Grenada and Saint Vincent, but up until now they stay rumours. From October 2009, BEDY Ocean Lines, should had started operating a ferry for residents only, connecting Barbados with Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent. The start of the shedule is however delayed.
