Description

We have 3 dorm rooms located on the ground floor of the hostel, right by the water. Two of the dorms have 3 sets of single bunk beds (6 people maximum) and one dorm features two bunk beds that have single beds on top and double beds on the bottom (pictured).

All rooms have air conditioning and a mini fridge. Each dorm bed has a lock box and keys are available for a USD 5 refundable deposit.

We have seven private rooms available at Casa Verde. These rooms fill up very quickly so be sure to get your reservation in ASAP! All rooms have air conditioning and a mini fridge. The bathrooms and showers are shared.

* How to get to Bocas del Toro, Panama:
From Panama City: Fly to Bocas on Aeroperlas or Air Panama (USD 106 one way, 1 hour) OR take an overnight bus departing from Albrook Bus Station to Almirante (USD 24 one way, 10 hours) and then a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (USD 4 per person, 30 minutes).

From David, Panama: Take a bus to Almirante (USD 8 one way, 4 hours) and then a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (USD 4 per person, 30 minutes).

From San Jose, Costa Rica: Fly to Bocas on Nature Air (USD 104-USD 160 one way, 1 hour) OR take the Bocatoreños Bus Line to Changuinola, Panama that departs daily at 9 am from in front of Hotel Cocorí in San Jose (USD 12 one way, 6 hours). From Changuinola take a taxi to Almirante (USD 5-10 per person, 45 minutes) and then take a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (USD 4 per person, 30 minutes).

From Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica: You can either take a shuttle service from Puerto Viejo to Bocas (about USD 30 one way) OR you can take a bus to the border at Sixaola (USD 3, 2 or so hours) and then a taxi from the border to Almirante (USD 10 per person, 1 hour 15 minutes) and then take a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (USD 4 per person, 30 minutes).

* How to Get to Casa Verde Once You Arrive in Bocas:
From the airport follow the main street that leaves the airport (Avenida E) to 4th street and make a right. Go to the end of the street and you will be directly in front of Casa Verde. Or just take a taxi for USD 1 per person.

From the water taxi docks turn left upon exiting the station and follow the road until the road curves around to the right and you pass the ferry dock. We are the second house on the left. It is about a 4 minute walk.
