Cosy nooks in the guesthouse, but also on the terraces and balconies invite you to linger over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to review the day, exchange your impressions and make plans for tomorrow. In our reader`s corner you will find multilingual information about history, sightseeing, walking routes and the local gastronomy. In our small library in the lounge there is holiday reading at your disposal.

There are just a few things you will look for in vain in our house: TV, PC and internet connection have been intentionally banned.

If you want to try our food, we invite you to make yourselves comfortable in the pleasant dining room, on the viewpoint terrace or below the olive trees in our garden. Dine overlooking the village, night time Jérica offers its most romantic aspect.

Location

Casa Rural Sharíqua is situated in the Alto Palancia district in the south west of the Castellón province, only a few kilometres distance from the province of Teruel (Aragón).

The journey goes from Sagunto (10 km north of Valencia) in direction of Teruel via the motorway Sagunto-Zaragoza (A-23 Autovía Mudéjar). From the exit 42 "Jérica/Caudiel" it is only a few minutes to our house, 1.3 km in fact. The way there is very well signposted.

You can also reach us very comfortably via train. From Valencia you take the connection to Sagunto and therefrom to Teruel-Zaragoza until Jérica station. We are only too pleased to collect you from there.
