Casa de Leo Apartments is located in the established West Coast area of Sunset Crest, Holetown, in St James, Barbados. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac only a stroll away from the beaches and commercial centre. The location is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in the Barbados sunshine. The sandy beaches are a couple of minutes walk away, as are shopping facilities including banks, a supermarket, two small department stores, DVD rental shops and numerous clothing and gift shops. For sun worshippers there is a choice of quiet bays while within a few minutes walk is the main beach at Holetown with its beachfront restaurants and bars.
Your safety and security are important to us. All apartments have smoke alarms and fire extinguishers and are inspected annually by Barbados Fire Service and Ministry of Health as part of our registration with Barbados Tourism Authority.
The apartments are cleaned and bed linen and sets of towels are changed after four nights. Additional towels and bed linen are always available. Apartments are available from 14.00 hours on day of arrival and we ask you vacate by mid-day on day of departure, although later departure is sometimes possible. -
Location
Getting to Barbados by Plane
The Sir Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is located in Christ Church, Barbados and serves as a gateway to many Caribbean islands and places further away in North America and Europe. Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) has a second hub here (after Antigua) with flights throughout the Caribbean between Barbados and the Dominican Republic. The island is served well by many airlines from Canada and the United States and especially from the United Kingdom with at least 5 or 6 airlines flying there directly from London, Manchester and Birmingham. Direct flights include those from Frankfurt and Milan as well.Taxi fares from Barbados International Airport are controlled by the government and to Casa de Leo is approximately USD 60.00 - USD 70.00 Barbados (USD 30.00 - USD 35.00). However expect to pay up to $100.00 Barbados (USD 50.00) for the return taxi fare to the airport. Alternatively we can organise a driver and car to collect you although this will cost more than the taxi fare. We can also arrange self drive car rental from a reputable local Company who will meet you at the airport or if you do not want a car for all your stay they will deliver to Casa de Leo Apartments.
