Casa De Las Anas is a Bed and Breakfast located in Moncion, Dominican Republic. We offer 3 meals included in our price along with basic accomodations.

Casa De Las Anas is our home in the mountains of the Cibao, a getaway very different from the beach or typical tourist resorts. We have two rooms, a long ways from the usual tourist haunts, and we are in a very modest neighborhood. Come here for relaxation and a real taste of small town Dominican Culture. Casa De Las Anas is a great place to practice your Spanish and an excellent setting for kids. Experience the unique beauty of the Dominican Republic Backcountry at our comfy getaway.

It is our aim to make you extremely comfortable while you enjoy a true experience of Dominican culture. Julia cooks incredible traditional foods and there are several activities you can take part in to experience the area. If you just want to relax, the rocking chairs and hammock in the patio are perfect. There are also discotecas and restaurants in the area if you are looking for a taste of Dominican Night life. We now offer WIFI internet and use of our laptop computer along with a flat screen tv with dvd player for your convenience.

Location

From the Santiago Airport:
A. Door to Door - Get picked up in our taxi van for 2,500 pesos
B. Take Public Transportation
1) Express. From the airport get a taxi (150 pesos) to Linea Altagracia bus station at 70 Salvador Cucucurullo. Linea Alatagracia is a direct bus to Moncion that only runs twice times a day 10am and 5pm. Ask to be dropped off at Casa De Las Anas.
2) Local. From the airport get a taxi (150pesos) to 30 de marzo bus station. Take the Bello Altardecer Espreso a Mao to mao for 110 pesos. Ask to get dropped off "donde puede coger la guagua a Moncion." From there get on the van to Moncion (50pesos) and ask to get dropped off at the Bomba Texaco, where we will be awaiting your arrival.
