    We're looking for the delivery team members to one of our departments:

    * Recruitment Department
    * Pay & Benefits Department
    * Learning & Development Department
    * HR Administration Department

    Successful candidates will: correctly and timely process the data according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, ensure that the documentation is up to date.

    Job Description:
    * Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to HR Administration/ Learning&Development/ Recruitment/ Pay&Benefits area
    * Process HR Administration/ Learning&Development/ Recruitment/ Pay&Benefits realted data
    * Answer client's calls and emails
    * Process client's queries and escalations
    * Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
    * Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes

  • Qualifications

    * Very good command of spoken and written Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a must
    * Very good command of spoken and written English is a must
    * Good command of spoken and written German or French is an advantage
    * Very good communication skills
    * Very good client facing skills
    * Good knowledge of MS Office
    * Good analytical skills
    * Able to work to tight deadlines
    * Able to cooperate within the team
    * Experience on transition and writing procedures and process maps
