Description

We are looking for candidates, who are interested in taking part in the transition of PTP or RTR processes. The scope involved covers processes from foregoing areas: Vendor Master Data, Vendors Help Desk, Invoice and T&E processing, Payments preparation and execution, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Reconciliation, Month End Closure, Financial Reporting.

The chosen candidates will be responsible for the processes from the PTP or RTR area during and after the transition period.

Job Description:

* Transition phase:
- Develop an understanding of the current state processes
- Perform PTP/RTR daily tasks on site
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the PTP/RTR areas
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Identify potential quick improvements within the processes

* Delivery phase:
- Maintain PTP/RTR scope as described above
- Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
- Support Team Leader

Qualifications

Candidate's profile:
- Experience in PTP/RTR area will be an asset
- Good Dutch skills and good English skills are required
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transition experience will be an advantage
- Experience with GPM alignment will be an asset
