This XIXth century house has been recently redesigned by its owner, Marcelo Pardo, who will give you a warm welcome at your arrival. The building is located at Rue de la Croix de Fer, 12, right in the European Capital downtown, a hundred meters away from the Royal Park, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral, and just five hundred meters from the Grande Place and seven hundred meters from the European Union seat.

This is a perfect location from where you will be able to visit the city downtown on foot. You will easily find its parks, museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, pubs, discos and non stop entertainment. The location is easy reach by means of the two existing metro lines, buses and train.

The house has two independent apartments. One is a ground floor duplex for four people. The other is on the first floor with room for two persons. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, shower, private WC, TV, DVD reader, microwave oven, and Wi-Fi Internet without extra cost. Those who would like to ride a bicycle can rent one for a small price at Parc metro station (for an hour, a day or a month).

The apartments are for non-smoking and pets are not allowed in. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need for a continental breakfast. Accommodation is available per day, week and month. Special discount for long periods.

Location

By plane:

* From the International Brussels Airport
Take the train to the Central Station, located two hundred meters from the B&B.

* From Central Station take bus number 66/67 and get off at "Croix de Fer"
At the Royal Park take Rue Royale. Walk a hundred meters to the north till you reach Rue de la Croix de Fer, 12 (B&B).

* From the Charleroi Brussels Sud Airport
Take the shuttle to Brussels (Gare du Midi). Then, you must take the metro, line 2, towards Simonis and get off at Madou station. Rue de la Croix de Fer, 12 (B&B) is just a few meters away from there

Or, take the shuttle to Charleroi train station and then take the Brussels train to Gare Central. Then get on the metro, line 1A towards Hermann-Debroux and get off at Parc station. The B&B is a hundred meters away from there.

By train:

* If you get to Nord Station, you must take the metro, line 2 towards Clemenceau, and get off at Madou station. Rue de la Croix de Fer, 12 (B&B) is just a few meters away from there

* If you get to Midi station, you must take the metro, line 2 towards Simonis and get off at Madou station and a few meters away is Rue de la Croix de Fer, 12 (B&B)

* If you get to Central station, you must take the metro, line 1A towards Hermann-Debroux and get off at Parc station. The B&B is a hundred meters away from there.
