  • Description

    The Madrid Language and Liberal Arts Program offers a semester or academic year of study and cultural immersion in the lively and cosmopolitan city of Madrid, Spain. In addition to courses, students participate in day and weekend excursions to locations such as Granada, Cordoba, Toledo, Sevilla, and Segovia. All courses are taught by Spanish faculty or the resident director. Upon successful completion of a semester, students earn 16 Boston University credits.

    Students enroll in one of the following:

    * Level I: Intensive Spanish Language Studies, for students at the intermediate level
    * Level II: Advanced Language Program, for students with proficiency in the language
    * Level III: University Studies Program, a direct university enrollment program for exceptional students with strong Spanish-language skills (Spring only)
