Our panoramic 180 degree views stretch across Table Bay to Robben Island, the 2010 Soccer World Cup Stadium, the V&A Waterfront with its working Harbour and the coastal suburb of Mouille Point with its' Lighthouse and seaside promenade. See the waves breaking on the shoreline of Robben Island. Across the bay, lies Bloubergstrand with the Tygerberg Hills in the background.

Directions from the Airport/N1/N2
- From the N1 or N2 Highways or CT International Airport, follow all the signs to the City Centre.
- On your way in to the City - take all the Waterfront Exits.
- As you enter the City of Cape Town, you will see the Waterfront on your right and the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) on your left.
- Cross over the first traffic lights at COEN STEYTLER ROAD.
- Cross over the traffic lights at HANS STRYDOM ROAD.
- You are now on BUITENGRAGHT STREET.
- Cross over the traffic lights at SOMERSET ROAD.
- At the next traffic light, turn right into STRAND STREET.
- Keep straight on driving uphill with the Harbour on your right.
- Cross straight over the traffic lights at CHIAPPINI STREET.
- This is now HIGH LEVEL ROAD, keep straight on.
- At the next traffic light at the top of the hill, turn left into OCEAN VIEW DRIVE.
- Take the second road to your left into MERRIMAN ROAD - Cul De Sac.
- Follow this steep paved road up around the bend to the left.
- We are Number 13 Merriman Road - you have arrived!
