  • Description

    Short term semester or long term programs are available for students who desire alternative educational opportunities in a different culture and social set-up.

  • Highlights

    * Educational Information Seminars: This brings to the Youths the awareness of all the educational and career training opportunities available to them in the world.

    * Study Trips Abroad Programs: Organized trips to some institutions of learning in some African countries for short and long time periods help the Youths to personally discover alternative educational environments. The duration of such trips depend on the Youth's desires and needs and how well they adapt to their new social environment.

    The Study Trips Abroad program is open to all Members of the Organization; that is, both the full time members and the Associate members. Associate membership is for students of every category or people who are only interested in participating in some of the activities of the Organization.

  • Black Youth Educational Organization's Mission Statement

    The Black Youth Educational Organization provides necessary assistance to the African American Youths and the Youths of African descent in the Caribbean to acquire international scholarships or sponsorships for educational and career focused training opportunities in some African countries. Study programs in Africa will contribute in transforming the lives of many Youths by helping them to discover the riches of their cultural heritages: This will encourage them to develop the spirits of self-esteem, self-worth and human value which are necessary qualities of global citizenship. The Organization acts as an educational information forum for the youths on various educational opportunities at their disposition. The Organization helps the Youths to discover the importance of improving their lives through well planned out academic programs and career focused educational training in the international community.
