Spanish Cuisine
The unique, varied and evolving nature of Spanish cuisine, in spite of the encroachment of globalization! Combined with an intensive Spanish course and a wide cultural offering this program is aimed at but not limited to active adults but, regardless of your age, you will live in an exciting multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment. You will learn, or improve your knowledge of the language spoken by 250 million people worldwide and you will expand your knowledge of Spain's cuisine, art, traditions and culture.

Highlights

Spanish Language and Cuisine Program
Consists of an intensive 1-week course from 9:30 to 1 pm daily of general Spanish at each student's particular level followed by daily cooking lessons in which you will be taught how to prepare recipes from Mediterranean or Spanish menu. The other highlight of this program is the inclusion of one outstanding cultural activity according to the local programming at the time of your participation. This can consist of attendance to a local village with a special exhibit, a Spanish ballet, a concert by a renowned Spanish performer or of famous Spanish pieces, ...

Tour objectives
By the end of this trip, besides gaining valuable information on modern-day Spanish culture and society and improving overall communication skills you will discover the Mediterranean culinary traditions and learn how to cook typical Spanish menus!
