Brussels is probably the most international of European cities. You are a stones throw from London, Paris, Holland, Germany and the cultural life is fantastic. Here we will obtain an internship for you with a Belgian company or Humanitarian Organization.

This program combines the opportunity to practice your professional French course with an international work experience for your resumes. We provide optional lodging in a shared apartment. Like our internship programs in Madrid and Barcelona, keeping bureaucracy and costs low are our priorities.

If your level of French is under intermediate we will direct you to a first-class intensive French course where you will acquire a strong basis and become accustomed to Brussels. These classes commence the first Monday of every month in the Alliance Française which is centrally located and fully-equipped catering to the international and European community. We will negotiate your intern schedule in an international or local company in order to give you time to participate in the classes as well as optional social activities with students from all over the world.

You will decide if you want to begin the internship upon completion of the language course or in the afternoons while you are still attending. The classes finish at noon daily.

Qualifications

You should have an intermediate level of French (except for English language companies) and a clear professional path. Freedom to commit for 3 months is also a requirement. 18 years of age minimum.
