Reservation
1. Contact us to discuss the possibility of leasing your desired rental dates, by phone or by email.
Leave your full details and your expected arrival date. Please leave a fixed landline number if possible.

2.The validity of the dates confirmed, the reservation will be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50%
The transfer is made on a current account or a PayPal account.

3.We ask the remaining balance (50%) to be paid upon arrival. Presently we only accept cash payments.

4. Cancellations :
Over 30 days / day of arrival : Full refund
Between 30 days and the 15th : Reimbursement 50%
Less than 15 days : No refund

5. The lease is for peaceful people who respect the neighborhood and use of the house.
The reservation implies the acceptance of a custom usage of the place rented in compliance with
the rules of respect for the others and the properties of others. In opposite case the owner reserves
the right to cancel the rent with immediate effect and without refund (repayment).
No animal( we have dogs), nor any persons not listed in the rental agreement should have access to the property.

6. We ask for a deposit (bank cheques) upon your arrival.
Deposit studio 300 EUR
Deposit suite 500 EUR
Deposit aptmnt. 1,200 EUR

7. Please also supply identification (passport, ID card) corresponding to your VISA/Mastercard credit card.
