Qualifications

Volunteering Benposta Venezuela requirements:

- Spanish communication skills! (The better your Spanish the more you profit from it, English is not spoken!)
- Vocation of service / will to help
- Having own initiative (Improvisation is often needed in South America!)
- Wanting to work with kids
- Creativity and if possible vocation to teach art stuff (circus skills, painting, music, carpentry, agriculture, etc. - of course not all needed!
- Teachers/Doctors are welcome (not required)
- Minimum volunteer stay three months
