Internship Description

- Work closely with corporate operations team to ensure the service level for clients and project
- Adhere to company policy and operation procedure and implement it into daily work
- Support company preferred supplier and product
- Handle supplier relationship to ensure the quality of supplier
- Handle all kind of outbound delegation or inbound group tour under the delegation of the team leader

Qualifications

- Functional leadership with good communication and inter personal skills.
- Deliver functional strategy deep and broad.
- Experience in Travel service procurement and management
- Contract and agreement making process in sourcing.
- High-level negotiation skills on behalf of Internal and vendor management.
- Multinational company experience
- Fluent in English and proficient in computer
