This spacious villa is located in the seaside resort of Fregene, only 25 km from Rome. Fregene, a small town more than just a resort, has its own history dating back to the ancient roman times, when it was regarded as a summer escape, to a more recent fame acquired for being the shooting-site to some of maestro Federico Fellini's films and for being inspirational to many other artists.
Location

The cottage "Il Glicine" ("The Winsteria") is surrounded by greenery, it is only 300 metres from the beach, 15 kms from Fiumicino, Leonardo da Vinci airport, about 25 kms from Rome city centre, 20 kms from Ostia Antica, 20 kms from the Etruscan Necropolis of Cerveteri. A bus stop is located at about 10 metres, joining Rome city centre, while at the stazione di Maccarese(Maccarese-Fregene railway station), only 5 kms from Fregene, trains to Rome- stazione Termini (Rome Termini main station), stazione Ostiense and San Pietro (st Peter's station) depart every 20/25 minutes. Also transfer to and from the airport is available.
