Description

Fashion House is located in a fine 19th century building in the heart of Eixample, the centre of Barcelona, few steps away from Paseo de Garcia and Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. A careful renovation has added comfort and functionality to the ample spaces, keeping the atmosphere and enchanted of that period.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable all equipped with heating and air conditioning. In addition you can also enjoy the common spaces such as a beautiful 100 sq meters terrace/garden and the large living room.

We have double rooms with twin beds or a double bed and double rooms with an extra bed. Some rooms also have a veranda. The bathrooms (one bathroom every two rooms) are along the corridors.

The studio/suite is like a studio flat inside our guesthouse. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, private bathroom, fridge, kitchenette and television with satellite antenna.

The large 30 sq meters living room is one of the cosiest part of Fashion House, made even more charming, by an ancient marble fire-place. This is an open space available for all the guests of Fashion House. You can enjoy your breakfast here.

Another common space is the 100 sq meters terrace/garden, furnished with plants, flowers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs. If you wish, we can serve your breakfast also in this area.

Location

Fashion House Bed & Breakfast is located on Carrer (street) Bruc in the heart of Eixample, the elegant and central area of Barcelona a few minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia and only three blocks from Plaça Catalunya, the Ramblas, and the Gothic Quarter. The subway and bus stations are 20 meters away, but you can reach the entire centre on foot.

Also, we are within walking distance from El Prat’s and Girona’s airports shuttle bus stations and from Paseo de Gracia’s train station.
