Located just a few minutes walk from the city centre, it offers convenience (at least twenty restaurants within a ten minute stroll) with accessibility.

The apartment is good for two people and comprises: entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and small patio. Sylishly decorated and furnished. The apartment has two flatscreen televisions as well as two DVD players, a CD player and stereo.

Quiet for a city centre location it tends to be warm in winter and cool in summer.

Unfortunately, it is not suitable for somone with a disability due to stairs.
