Human Resources focuses on all elements related to attracting, developing and retaining talent to embed a meritocratic, high performance culture.

HR is the fulcrum of Barclays Corporate. Through dedicated partnerships with every business area, the function plays a central role in such key activities as managing organizational change, developing talent and ensuring a fair and consistent reward process.
What kind of roles are there in HR?
Typical graduate roles in HR include:
Human Resources Business Partner
This is a generalist HR role which involves dedicated support to a client base within one part of Barclays Corporate. Human Resource Business Partners assist in demand planning, disciplinary matters and strategic initiatives whilst also being a touch point to direct other specialist queries.
Human Resources Reward Analyst
This is a specialist HR role focused on structuring and delivering competitive but responsible reward packages to staff across Barclays Corporate.
