Backhome Guesthouse is Malaysia’s leading Backpacker's Hostel.

We created a list of what backpackers want, checked it twice and came up with a great concept that’s fun, cool and inviting!

With a convenient location that puts you right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, we are the perfect starting point to all the adventures that await you. Historic Merdeka Square, cultural Chinatown, bustling Little India, the iconic KL Twin Towers, and the glitzy shopping area of Bukit Bintang are all within walking distance.

We also have it all figured out when it comes to comfort. Chill out back home (yes, pun intended!) where a nice friendly vibe runs through - from the in-house café, to the lounge and sky courtyard… or simply hit the sack on our ultra comfy beds!

Location

FROM KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPOT (KLIA) via:

* KLIA Express Train:
- Possibly the quickest way to get to BackHome, this express train takes approximately 30 minutes to get from KLIA to the Kuala Lumpur KL Sentral Station.
- From KL Sentral Station, it will only take another 10 minutes by LRT Train, or taxi (details below). See additional directions below.
- Train runs regularly at about 20 minutes intervals. The first train is at 5.00am and the last train departs at 1.00am from KLIA.

* Airport Coach/Bus:
- Take the Star Shuttle to Puduraya Bus Terminal
- Bus ride will take approximately 1hr 15mins.
- From Puduraya Bus Terminal, it is only a 10 minutes walk to BackHome or you may hail a taxi which should not cost more than RM10.00.

* Airport Taxi Limo:
- Give the taxi driver the address and tell him that we are on the Top End of Jalan Tun HS Lee (Jalan Tun HS Lee is a very long street).
- We are close to Muzium Telekom, St John’s Church, or Jalan Lebuh Ampang. The journey should take about one hour.
