    Malta is located in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea to the South of Sicily. Due to British occupation in 1800 English is one of the two official languages in Malta next to Maltese.

    Being surrounded by marvelous blue sea makes the Maltese Islands popular for not only beach lovers but also for those who are fond of history and adventure. While Malta is a rather barren and arid island in summer as the 30+ temperatures scorch the land for weeks on end, it's a sun worshiper's paradise, and for some the combination of sea and sun can be intoxicating.
