Through our planned activities and resident directors personal recommendations for activities you can undertake while abroad, you will be directed on a path of personal, academic, cultural, social, and professional discovery. This team, which supports you throughout your experience, will ensure that you have the most fulfilling experience possible one that is unique to you! So What Will You Discover?

    GlobaLinks Learning Abroad assists students with degree abroad opportunities at more than 35 universities in Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. Our expertise has developed from our well-established relationships with our partner universities and more than 20 years of sending students abroad. These top-ranked universities have appointed us to provide you with information on living and studying in at their university, and we can easily refer you to the applications and details you need in order to apply to the universities of your choice. Enrollment is ultimately determined by each institution.

    We are here to provide you with a list of bundled services, including help with your housing, travel and living abroad. We will be working with you from the time you apply to the time you have accepted a university offer.

    Christchurch is the largest city in New Zealand's South Island and is known as the Garden City. It lies on the coastal edge of the Canterbury Plains, close to both sea and mountains, and offers cultural and recreational opportunities, access to national parks and wilderness areas, and several ski-fields and silvery beaches within an hour and a half's drive from campus.

    Since its establishment in 1873 the University of Canterbury has gained an international reputation for academic excellence in teaching and research. Its undergraduate and graduate programs are recognized across the world and aim to foster intellectual independence, critical thinking, and professional excellence in every field. The University offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs, in Arts (Humanities and Social Sciences), Commerce, Education (including Teaching) Engineering, Law, Music, Fine Arts, Forestry, Science, Social Work, Speech & Language Therapy, and Sport Coaching.
