Ashbourne House, York B&B has eight charming rooms available for couples and families to stay in for a weekend break or for longer to truly see all York has to offer. An original Victorian residence, naturally the rooms vary in size but each room contains everything required to enjoy your stay at our York B&B. York is home to many B&B's but at Ashbourne House you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a number of comfortable and appealing rooms to choose from including:

1 twin room – en-suite
4 double rooms – en-suite. Two of the rooms contain a king size bed and two rooms have standard double beds.
1 double room - private bathroom (bathroom is right next door and belongs to this room)
1 family of four room – en-suite (bath)
1 family of three room – en-suite bathroom. This room is also available as a super king-size double or as a twin room.

All rooms at Ashbourne House, York B&B have a digital LCD TV, coffee and tea making facilities, trouser press and direct dial telephones. Digital radios are in all rooms. Bose sound docks are available subject to availability and we also have iPod’s available on request. The family room has access to a Sony PSP with a choice of games which means there’ll be no problem keeping the kids entertained whilst you relax. We also have WiFi allowing free internet access so you can choose where to explore in York from the comfort of the B&B. York has plenty to offer and if you book your stay at Ashbourne House York B&B you know you will have a tranquil place to relax in after a day sightseeing.

Location

From the South via the M1/A1 and A64:

Turn off the M1/A1 onto the A64 Leeds-York road. Follow the signs to York city centre and after passing the race course on the left and then crossing the river, take the slip road for the A19 Selby-York road (also marked Designer Outlet). Follow the signs for York, going through the village of Fulford and then past 2 sets of traffic lights. After the second set of traffic lights you will pass Fulford Chase on the left. Ashbourne House is on the right just a little further down the road.

From the North via the city centre:

Follow the signs for Selby and the A19 South. Travel past the Police Headquarters and Imphal Barracks on the left. Ashbourne House is about 200 metres further down the road on the left.
