As a comprehensive university, you'll find that there are a lot of courses available to you. While you may think of marine biology when you think of JCU, it's also a great destination if you are interested in indigenous peoples and sociology, rural education issues, business and economics, geology or ecology, or engineering related to tropical climates. Don't rule it out for subjects like political science or history either as you will receive a distinct regional perspective on these topics.
