    The apartment is conveniently situated on the first floor of ‘The Coach House’ at Bailey Manor, on the edge of Belfast. This well-equipped accommodation has 3 bed spaces, with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is easily accessible from the car parking area, either through a lift from the ground floor entrance or the staircase.

    When inside you have an airy living room with comfortable sofas / sofa bed, Satellite TV (Free View), coffee table and occasional furniture. The large kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table with chairs for 4 people. Each bedroom has ample storage space and comfortable beds with duvets and clean bed linen. There is a Video door intercom to the front entrance. The property is located a short drive from the parkland around Stormont Buildings, Scrabo Tower, Crawfordsburn, Helens Bay, and the many Golf Courses in the general area. It is close to the Ulster Hospital. Please note we do not supply cots or high chairs for young children.

    Bailey Manor, a new development of town houses and apartments is only a few hundred metres walk from key amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and Dundonald Ice Bowl which offers a range of activities including Indiana land and Pirates Adventure Golf. Upper Newtownards Road is one of the principal arterial routes between Belfast City Centre and North Down and Ards allowing easy access to Belfast's outer ring road (A55) and the M3 -the hub of Northern Ireland’s motorway network. Upper Newtownards Road is also served by the high frequency City Bus Metro service direct to the City Centre. The City Airport is approx 5 miles from Bailey Manor with major airlines traveling to the UKs main airports. Our spacious non smoking apartment is available for rentals from 3 days duration and comes fully equipped with bedding and towels.

    Dundonald is well positioned on the South East edge of Belfast with easy access to either the south with the many attractions and historical sites of County Down. Around County Down are many opportunities for walks and mountain hikes or you can see the many sandy beaches around the county Down Coast. Alternatively you can travel by car, taxis or bus to the city centre to visit shops, and the many attractions there. You also have access to a good road network to the west and the north of Northern Ireland if you want to visit Giants Causeway, the famous Antrim Coast road, Carrick-a-Reed Rope Bridge, White park bay, Ballycastle, Bushmills Distillery, the famous glens of Antrim and the may other attractions to the North of County Antrim.

    From Belfast City Centre

    Follow the signs from the south side of the River towards Newtownards along Newtownards Road (A20) for approx 4.8 miles. You will pass Ulster hospital on left side then at the second set of traffic lights after the lights at the hospital take a right into Robbs Road. Bailey Manor is at the end of the road on the left side.

    From the MI Motorway (North bound)

    Follow the M1 motorway to the end at Belfast and join the continuation of it A12 (West Link). Then after a cut out section of road take the right side lane direction Bangor and Newtownards. Follow over the M3 river bridge. Leave M3 at junction M2-J1a in direction A2, BELFAST (E), NEWCASTLE, and join Newtownards Road (A20). Follow directions as from Belfast City Centre (as above).
