Description

Located in the heart of the Algarve, Faro is an historic fishing port with an old walled town and a very Portuguese feel. Famous for its year round sunny climate, and nearby sandy beaches, Faro also has a fascinating heritage with a strong Moorish and Roman influence. Faro is the perfect base from which to explore the Algarve. Lessons are held in our centrally located school in 'mini groups' of a maximum of 8. Courses are always taught by a fully-qualified native Portuguese teacher. Students can stay with one of the school's carefully selected Portuguese host families who live in the centre in Faro.

Our beautiful school in Faro is in the town centre within walking distance of the harbour. The school has 7 well-equipped classrooms, Internet cafe and a sunny patio for students to use. Lessons are given by fully qualified native Portuguese teachers, in groups of a maximum of 8 students. As well as Portuguese language courses, our school in Faro offers a 'Portuguese for Teachers' course.
