  • Highlights

Anglia Ruskin is uniquely placed to offer you a truly European experience as part of your university education, with mainland Europe and the rest of the world easily accessible by rail, road, sea or air.

Cambridge is one of the most historic and beautiful cities in Britain. Theaters, cinemas, riverside pubs, green spaces, sporting facilities, great shopping and restaurants - Cambridge has it all. And it's just one hour from London by train.

Chelmsford is a smaller and more provincial town. While our beautifully-landscaped campus consists of very contemporary buildings, the town itself includes a 15th century cathedral and other fine old structures. A modern shopping centre, cinema, sports facilities and riverside walks are all on offer here. Just 35 minutes by train from London, Chelmsford is well-placed for an experience of the capital and of provincial England. Both Cambridge and Chelmsford are ranked in the top 10 places to live in the UK.

Our student support is also ranked in the top 10 in the UK - for our Welcome, Arrival and Orientation programme. Both campuses offer a range of support services for students; library, computer facilities, sports facilities, academic and pastoral advice (all students are allocated a 'personal tutor') and accommodation services.

A variety of accommodation is available on both campuses: halls of residence, shared student houses, living with an English family.

With excellent employer contacts, at Anglia Ruskin University we're proud of our Employer Mentoring Scheme which enables students to benefit from a mentor who can help you achieve their career aspirations - which could be why over 90% of our graduates go on to employment or higher study within six months of graduating, compared to a national average of just over 80%.
