  • Description

Learning Arabic abroad in Rabat, Morocco is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. Morocco is located on the westernmost tip of North Africa, bordering Algeria to the east, and the Mediterranean to the north. Running through the middle of the country is the Atlas mountain range, which leads to the fertile plains and sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. Morocco's identity has been carved from African, European and Middle Eastern influences.

    Learn Arabic Language in Morocco:
Established by the Almohad dynasty in the 12th century, Rabat has been the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco since independence in 1956.This quiet, French-influenced capital is home to Morocco's most important monuments, such as the Royal Palace surrounded by the Andalusian Gardens, the Hassan Mosque which dominates the whole city with its tower and the ruins of Chellah. Its original town, known as the Medina, is complemented by the modern section built by the French. With the city center of Rabat being very compact, all points of interest are within walking distance. With the largest number of restaurants in the country, during Ramadam, the city is quite lively in the evenings. If you would like to enjoy a day or weekend at the beach, the costal village of Skhirate is only 20 minutes away by train.

    Arabic School Facilities:
Beautiful building with private mature gardens in safe, upscale residential neighborhood of Souissi. Entire school is air-conditioned, with 7 large classrooms, a reception area, library, cafeteria, kitchen area, several social areas, computer room with internet access, large private garden with patio & chairs, 24-hour security.
