Paris is one of the best-known cities in the world and is home to countless historical monuments and museums. Enjoy cafes and restaurants throughout the city with your AIFS meal allowance. Explore France's artistic and architectural heritage with visits to world-class museums like the Louvre, d'Orsay and Pompidou Centre, and monuments like the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame.
AIFS students attend courses at the Cours de Civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne. Courses are taught in French language, civilization and art history, plus optional wine tasting, cuisine and fashion classes at other institutions.
AIFS fees include the basics and the extras: tuition, housing in studio apartments, optional meal plans, cultural activities, optional visits to Mt. St. Michel and the Loire Valley, round trip airfare if selected, services of an on-site Resident Director, and more.
Spend 4 or 6 weeks taking in all that Paris has to offer in La Ville Lumière (the City of Light). Through the years, the city has drawn intellectuals, free-thinkers, artists and revolutionaries. Paris is one of the world's major global cities with a strong influence in politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion, science, and the arts.
In a curriculum of French language plus courses in English and French, earn up to 8 credits in 4 weeks or 10 credits in 6 weeks.
Take in the local sites of Paris including its numerous museums and monuments and explore more of France on day trips to the Champagne cellars in Epernay, Monet's gardens in Giverny and the beautiful Chateau of Vaux Le Vicomte. You can also visit St. Malo and the D-Day sites on an optional excursion to Normandy or take an optional tour of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. Travel on the Optional AIFS Flight Package and begin your trip with a 3-day excursion to London, England en route to campus.

Fee includes:
- Tuition up to 8 semester credits for the 4-week program, up to 10 semester credits for the 6-week program (subject to course selection)
- Housing** - Twin-bedded private studio apartments in Citadines Apartment Hotel or in a Parisian home
- Meal allowance to subsidize breakfast and one other meal Monday to Friday in Apartment Hotel. Breakfast in homestays 7 days a week plus allowance to subsidize one other meal Monday to Friday
- Cultural activities such as: visits to museums and monuments, walking tours and day trips outside Paris
- Comprehensive insurance and assistance package

- Services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and an on-site Resident Director

Optional Components:
- AIFS Flight Package includes visit to London Round trip flights U.S. - London, Paris - U.S., Eurostar train London - Paris and round trip transfers between the airport and campus overseas. The Flight Package also includes a 3-day stopover in London on the way to orientation.
