Description

Alfresco Property has 3 places for this internship lasting 2 weeks. Located in the holiday village of Competa in Andalucia, Spain. Internees will gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of a company involved in renting internationally located holiday property. More importantly they will learn how to build their own company, develop mentors to assist and guide them to success and improve their own potential. They will also be taught how to build and maintain their own holiday property website using industry standard HTML and CSS. Internees will need to bring their own pc lap top computer and a digital camera.

By the end of the internship you will have the ability to:

1. Understand the Real Estate business in a holiday environment for property rentals.

2. Investigate the opportunities available in Europe.

3. Build and maintain your own basic property rental website via html.

4. Understand the development of business strategies after considering the competition and other variables in the market.

5. Improve your success by learning from our personal and business development modules.

6. Build a mentor status with our European managers for your future development.

Cost includes quality accommodation in our holiday rental in Competa, your food during our working hours, local transport and materials needed to fully partake in the internship.

Please note you will also have to fund your airfare to Malaga airport, any private travel before and after your internship, personal insurance/medical costs, all social costs outside our board and lodging arrangements and personal spending money.
