Summer
Designed for students who are interested in rapidly improving their Spanish, this program is also ideal for students interested exploring international justice and human rights. The human rights and criminal justice electives are taught in English. Participants with very little Spanish-speaking experience planning to enroll in the fall program are encouraged to attend a summer session to help build language proficiency. The programs take place in the Rosario Center, a beautiful, historic building in the heart of the city. Courses make extensive use of the city and its resources through academic excursions, and you will live with a local family.

At the center, students can make their own "mate" (a traditional Argentine beverage made of yerba mate) and coffee, enjoy the lovely floral courtyard, learn to make empanadas as part of a course, or come to a movie night. The center also houses a small reference and DVD library.
