His early influences were with Peter and Alison Smithson through their protege Peter Salter at the A.A. the work and interest of the practice has been influenced by various investigations of 'genus-loci', and how architecture can/should respond to this in creating pieces which are both site specific and meet the needs of people who will inhabit or interact with it.

  • Africa Volunteer's Mission Statement

We recruit volunteers and interns on behalf of organisations in need in Ghana. We have been working with organisations in Ghana for a long time and are well established and recognised as one of the largest recruiters of volunteers in Ghana. Our continued presence in Ghana allows us to ensure the needs of the volunteer and organisation are met. We hope our volunteers will become responsible global citizens as a result of their experience with us, promoting the need for social change and raising awareness in their home communities on the issues they encountered. Africa has a lot to offer but also needs support, the support it rightfully deserves. It is hoped that volunteers will bring the required expertise, enthusiasm and positive thinking to help organisations grow and improve their services to the community.
