We have just finished building two large classrooms for this well-established after school programme. The after school is free and open to all local children.

The after-school is situated in Belo, a very beautiful part of rural Cameroon, surrounded by rolling greens hills and quiet villages.
There are also opportunities to help out at the local deaf and blind school, or to assist with fieldwork staff who make home visits with the orphans or to teach in a local school.
The successful applicant is 21 years or older and has a commitment to helping people, be highly motivated and enthusiastic. A minimum stay of 3 months is required.
The working week is Monday to Saturday (44 hours) although you will be in control of your own timetable in conjunction with the local fieldworkers and the Orphan Project Supervisor.
