After getting over the culture shock and have opened your eyes of this mysterious kingdom, the journey begins in this incredible adventure empire. Nepal's culture and mystique of the nature is the tension that previously attracted hippies and adventurers from around the world - and which today is as great a challenge to modern man's understanding of the world and themselves. Hinduism and Buddhism in beautiful coexistence with the rooted cultural rituals and practices of the old Nepalese monarchy are increasingly compelling - an exciting and challenging companion on an inner journey.
From Nepal's capital Kathmandu, the group is introduced to Nepal and is prepared for future experiences during the voluntary work. Then we have amazing nature experiences on the program with trekking in the Annapurna region, rafting on the Trisuli river and jungle safari in Chitwan national park.
The park is world renowned and offers some of Asia's richest wildlife, including the East's largest population of Indian rhinos. The most visible animals in the park are monkeys, a variety of all sorts of birds and various species of deer. But with a little luck you will also encounter the royal Bengal tigers.
There is also a chance to volunteer in Nepal, either teaching English in schools or helping out at an orphanage.
