South Korea Public School Positions - Positions start February & August!
The Korean Ministry of Education hires English speakers to work in the public school system alongside Korean teachers of English. Guest teachers help plan and execute language lessons to students in primary and secondary schools. They assist in preparing teaching materials and planning activities. They also conduct English conversation classes for school faculty. In most cases, the guest English teacher is the only foreign teacher in the school, and as a result, this is an excellent way to really immerse oneself in Korean life and culture. While one is normally the only foreign employee in the school, there are always other guest English teachers in neighboring schools and districts.
