Academy for International Education
We at AIB are specialists in international higher education. Located in Bonn, we are truly in the heart of Europe. We develop and implement innovative study and vocational programs for the academic communities.

We custom design programs to provide international experience, cross-cultural competence, and new professional skills in a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere. We conduct programs in the academic fields of Business, Liberal Arts, Language and Cultural Studies, Film and TV, Political Science, Engineering, Architecture, and Landscape Architecture.

Highlights

AIB, Akademie fur Internationale Bildung, is a private non-profit organization for higher education. Founded in Bonn, Germany, in 1993, AIB has since welcomed over a thousand study abroad students to live and learn in Germany.

The AIB educational institute specializes in designing, developing and implementing individual and group specific programs, which provide new professional skills, international experience and intercultural awareness.

AIB operates as an independent international educational partner by providing all aspects of project management, consultancy, guidance and support for a variety of study abroad programs. We work closely with the student's home institution to in effect create a satellite campus in Europe. Our experience, flexibility and creativity allow us to fit the parameters and design set by the home institution. We thus fulfill their specific needs and interests.

Programs

AIB offers a range of programs from undergraduate level through graduate and postgraduate master level courses, including continuing education and executive workshops. Each satellite program is designed and determined by the student's home institution, catering to the specific needs of each group. Visiting professors and professionals enrich the daily dosage of curriculum-based courses. Program possibilities include: year long and full semester programs, internships, MBA and Executive MBA programs as well as summer workshops and special programs.
