University of Westminster is divided into four campuses with 23,000 students. The University of Westminster has three superb campuses in central London and a fourth at a purpose-built green field site in Harrow, northwest London. Every campus has its own individual character and is home to a significant international student body, its own library and catering facilities. The central campuses are in central London, just a short distance from many famous London landmarks, such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Tate Modern and the British Library.
Students are encouraged to choose classes on the same campus and will enroll in four classes per semester. Final registration and course confirmation will not occur prior to departure for your program. Timetables are not available until registration on campus, and courses may fill. As such, students are required to choose four courses, and indicate two alternates per course on the course selection form. There is an add/drop period at Westminster during the first week of classes. After that time, no changes can be made.
For many, London is Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and red double-decker buses. For API students, London is an international center of fine arts, design and theater, technology, ideas, politics and finances that has inspired creativity and cutting-edge innovation for centuries. With a cosmopolitan population of 7.2 million people, London is the largest city in Western Europe and the ideal backdrop for studying business, social sciences, humanities, education, science, art, design, fashion and communication at some of the world's most distinguished universities. Business internships are also available to qualified semester or academic year students for credit.
