API students in Madrid can study Spanish language and culture, international business, and liberal arts and humanities during the summer, semester or academic year at the Antonio de Nebrija University. Courses are available in Spanish and English. Named after Antonio de Nebrija, a great humanist and first grammarian of the Spanish language, the university carries on his work through its focus on the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Advanced-level Spanish speakers may also take courses with Spanish students.
