Responsibilities:
- providing a point of contact for all finance related queries to the Clients,
- coordinating tasks regarding to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Buy Center,
- ensuring accurate balance sheet accounts reconciliation and inter company reconciliation process,
- preparing and posting journal entries,
- ensuring completion of close process in an accurate and timely manner,
- preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, posting of bank transactions,
- performing a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies,
- managing the preparation of all compliance documentation,
- ensuring SOX compliance within the team,
- supporting audit of financial statements as required.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- fluent Latvian
- very good English writing and speaking skills
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO
- master's degree (preferably in accountancy, finance or economics)
- good knowledge of local GAAP, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures
- good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle) is desirable
- good analytical and problem solving skills
- experience in new process implementation
- team management experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
