When you stare out across the ocean from Hainan Island it's easy to understand why this was once thought to be "the end of the world". It's certainly a premier coastal destination and this tour will give you the chance to experience it in all its glory.
You will begin in Sanya, a bustling port city that lies right at the southern-most tip of the island. Here you will have the chance to take in the beautiful scenery and to sail out to one of the surrounding islands. Then it's off to Hai Kou, the islands capital where you will spend time teaching at a local school. Your time here will end with an overnight boat trip to the Chinese mainland. Bei-Hai and Gui Lin will follow before you finally arrive in Yang Shuo. Here you will take a cruise down the Li River, visit the Yin Zhi Rock and explore West Street, Yang Shuo's oldest street.
